“I’ve got too much to do.  I wish I could just clone myself so I could get more done.” 

That thought probably goes through your mind every day.  Well, I don’t have any medical breakthroughs for you, but I do have a practical alternative – It’s called sales automation, and it’s something that will help you get more done in less time every day.

Sales Automation allows you to automate tasks that you do every day so you don’t have to think about them – things like internal notifications, appointment reminders, and keeping in touch with prospects.  Automated drip campaigns to new leads can get 4X more of those leads into your sales center – 4X!  But automation can save you time in many other areas.

For example, do you have a file full of people that have visited your sales center, seemed eager to buy, then just disappeared?  You don’t want to delete them, but you don’t want to spend valuable floor time trying to resurrect them.  Set up a nurture campaign that messages them every month or so and assures them that you’ll be here when they are ready.  This strategy is proven to at least double sales over time!

Or, you need to notify your office manager every time you take a new deposit so they can create a file.  Don’t pick up the phone and place a call, automate it so that the notification happens when the deal is marked as Deposit Received.  

Need to help scheduling service appointments?  Set up an automation that sends an email to your homeowner confirming the date and time, then sends them a text reminder the morning of the appointment.
